THE MUSE BRASSERIE

The Muse Brasserie opened in Gulgong’s historic Mayne St in November 2009. 

Tamara & Richard Howorth are your hosts, with Tamara drawing on her 17 years of commercial cookery experience and Richard’s warm hospitality and passion for local wines and great coffee, you are guaranteed an excellent dining experience.

The Muse offers contemporary dining in a relaxed atmosphere with al fresco dining in the warmer months and a cosy open fire in the colder months.

Open for lunch 5 days a week and dinner 4 nights offering European and modern Australian flavours and superb desserts, all complimented by fine local wines and locally roasted coffee.

Corporate catering, offsite event catering, private functions are also available through the Muse.
