After a rewarding career in the food publishing industry as food editor and photography stylist for a number of magazines, exuberant foodie Linda and husband Bruce, a creative director, swapped city life for Mudgee in 2009 to breathe clean air and pursue new opportunities. Arriving in time for the annual Mudgee Show, Linda entered her 'famous' (amongst friends and relatives at least!) chilli relish . . .and took home a blue ribbon! A hot little business was born. . .
