OAK WINERY & DAIRY
 Alan
& Gloria Cox of Leaning Oak Winery & Dairy spent 6 months
with sheep, goats and cheese in Europe before returning to Mudgee
to start their farm and dairy.
Starting with a handful of milking sheep 3 years ago, they now have
120 sheep and 26 dairy goats. Come and meet the goats and sheep,
and also meet the pigs that assist in the disposal of the whey.
Savour the tastes and textures of our hand-made goat & sheep
cheeses all produced onsite. View the dairy and cheesemaking room.
Swirl, sniff, taste and spit our Semillon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet
and Shiraz. Estate made wines developed to display their distinctive
regional and varietal characters.
Experience the
flavours of the bush, wattleseed & lemon myrtle, made into dukkahs,
macadamia oils and caramelised balsamics. |
