FOR HEAVEN'S BAKE
For Heaven’s Bake is the creation of Alison Ward, a passionate foodie who has swapped inner city living for a more rewarding country lifestyle.

Alison’s love of baking started young but a joint love of food and science saw her study food technology and pursue a corporate career in Product Development and Marketing. However the cook in her never went away and whilst creating her son’s first birthday cake she was bitten by the cake decorating bug. A small business in customised iced biscuits followed but she always had to squeeze it in around her ‘day’ job. The move to Mudgee has given Alison the opportunity to fulfill a dream and through setting up For Heaven’s Bake bring unique biscuits and cakes to Mudgee.

Alison’s philosophy is that food should taste as good as it looks. All For Heaven’s Bake products are handcrafted in Mudgee, customised for the occasion and individual requirements. Our creations include:

• Biscuits: with a mixed spice or vanilla base in designs only limited by imagination. Popular designs include flower wands, stars, dinosaurs, balloons and butterflies. They are also available as biscuit bouquets which are perfect as a gift.

• Cupcakes: a light sponge base of either chocolate or vanilla covered with a customised fondant topping and decoration.

• Large decorated cakes: from a simple but indulgent chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache to hand carved animals and multi tier cakes, For Heaven’s Bake can meet your need what ever the occasion.
