Jan Boon brings years of experience
as a judge with the Royal Agricultural Society. Top chefs, legendary
Michael Manners of Manners & Borg, Orange, and Ross Dobson,
founder of Café Lewars and co-owner of newly-launched The
Union Restaurant serving tapas, at Penrith are both well known proponents
of quality regional produce served seasonally at its best. Local
chef and sommelier, Rebecca Sutton of Olive.a.Twist, and Peter Davis,
proprietor of Newtown Providores, Dubbo, are passionate supporters
of regional food and wine. Finishing the lineup are two doyens of
Australian food publishing, Suzanne Gibbs, prolific cookbook author
and magazine food editor, and Valli Little, Food Director of ABC
delicious. Magazine, an international favourite.
