About Us

Mudgee Fine Foods Inc. was established in June 2005 to help promote the food industry and culinary delights of Mudgee and the surrounding areas. We aim to promote our region, with its producers, as a culinary tourism destination, and work closely with Mudgee Region Tourism Inc. and the Mudgee Wine Grape Growers Association to deliver our strategy.

• We support the business growth of all our members, whether they be tiny and local, or large and national
• We encourage the organic production of food using sustainable agricultural methods
• We support meat producers and meat processors who consider the welfare of their animals from birth to death
• We are responsive to the changing needs and wants of our customers and members.

Mudgee Fine Foods Inc. hereby acknowledges and greatly appreciates the Mid Western Regional Council's valuable assistance towards the administrative costs involved in the continued growth of our tourism-generating and community-based Farmers' Market and Farm Walk programme, and the encouragement of small-food business start ups.
